By accessing or using the ClearPipe website at https://findplumb.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Description of Service

ClearPipe is a plumber referral and matching service. We connect homeowners and property managers ("Users") with independent, licensed plumbing contractors ("Plumbers") in their area. ClearPipe is not a plumbing contractor and does not employ plumbers. We do not perform any plumbing services ourselves.

3. Referral Service Only

ClearPipe provides referrals only. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a Plumber. We make no guarantee that:

A Plumber will be available in your area at the time of your request
Any Plumber will complete the work to your satisfaction
The Plumber's pricing will meet your expectations
The work will be performed within any specific timeframe

4. Independent Contractors

All Plumbers in the ClearPipe network are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or franchisees of ClearPipe. ClearPipe is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any Plumber or for any personal injuries, death, property damage, or other damages or expenses resulting therefrom.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Site, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when submitting service requests
Use the Site only for lawful purposes
Not submit false or misleading service requests
Directly arrange payment, pricing, and terms with the referred Plumber

6. No Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLEARPIPE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClearPipe and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or any Plumber's services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ClearPipe or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

10. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. ClearPipe has no control over the content of those sites and accepts no responsibility for them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
